Frequently Asked Questions from New Riders
Is the monthly fee always the same?
No, it will fluctuate depending on the number of commuters.

Why are there different rates?
Yes! We Van has 2 locations where commuters are picked up/dropped off: New Bedford and Taunton. Taunton riders pay less because they
are, after all, closer to Boston. We also have ½ time riders. The cost of a ½ rider is always ½ of the base rate from the location of pick
        up/drop off.

Can I ride Part Time?
Absolutely! A part time rider is a rider who commutes one direction every day or commutes each direction (to and from Boston) every other
        week.

If my work schedule varies, can I take a different van?
Yes! You can. Yes! We Van limits the number of passengers on a van to 13 so there are always 2 additional spots available for those
commuters whose commuting needs change on a given day.

The van drops off commuters on Atlantic St in front of the South Station Train Terminals. This allows for easy access to the commuter rail and the  MBTA.

Where does the van pick up in Boston?
The van picks commuters up on the corner of South and Beach St.  South Street is located perpendicular to Atlantic St (where South Station is located). This location is ideal as it avoids the congestion of South Station during the busy commute time and allows for quick access to I-93 and the HOV lane.

What if I work near Hay Market?
Our vans are parked in Parcel 7 located above the Hay Market Green and Orange line stop on the MBTA. If you work near Hay Market you may certainly be dropped off/picked up there.
